David is a studio based painter in Dublin city. He recently exhibited at Gallery X, Mart Gallery in Rathmines and the Ranelagh Arts Festival.  He has  been a professional actor for over thirty five  years, performing in all the major theatres in Ireland including the Abbey, The Gate, Druid Theatre Company in Galway, and Corcadorca. He was a member of the National Theatre Company in London, as well as working for The Royal Shakespeare Company, and in the West End. He appeared several times on Broadway, in Brian Friel’s Translations and Conor Mc Pherson’s phenomenally successful The Weir.  Most recently he played a major role in RTE’s hit series “Kin”.
